A: If the application begins to launch but quickly quits, you may have a permissions problem. Go to Applications > Utilities > Disk Utility and click "Repair Disk Permissions."

A: Make sure you are running the latest version of Stuffit Expander and then redownload your file, expand it, and it will open.
Q: The window goes off the screen! How can I fix this?
A: You need to adjust your monitor's resolution to at least 1024 by 768 pixels.
Q: How do I adjust my monitor's resolution?
A: Instructions for doing this for various operating systems are available below:
Mac OS 9:
1. Select the Monitors control panel from the Apple menu, it may also be called Monitors and Sound.
Note: If you have more that one monitor, a separate Monitors control panel will appear on each display.
2. Click on the resolution you desire in the Resolution section of the control panel.
3. The new resolution will be displayed after you select it.
4. Close the Monitors control panel by clicking the close box in the upper-left corner.
5. If the image is distorted, adjust the video controls in the Monitors control panel or on the monitor itself.

1) Launch System Preferences
2) Click "Displays" 3) Select a higher resolution from the list.
Windows:
1) Right-click on the Desktop and select "Properties".
2) Click the "Settings" tab.
3) Set the selector on the slider bar beneath "Screen Area" to "1240 by 768 pixels" or higher.
4) Click Apply
5) Follow the on-screen instructions.
